1. GENERAL INFORMATION.
1.1. This Privacy Policy is an official document of mobile games and products developer Apprank (“Developer”), and determine the order of processing and protection of information about individuals using Developers applications and services (“Users”) on https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Application (“Applications”).
1.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to ensure adequate protection of information about Users, including their personal data from unauthorized access and disclosure
1.3. Any relations associated with collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information about the Users are governed by this Privacy Policy, other official documents of Developer, Privacy Policy of Google Play and App Store.
1.4. Developer may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Developer will notify Users about the changes by publishing new Privacy Policy here not later than 10 days before these changes will come into effect. The previous versions of Privacy Policy are stored in the Developer’s documentation archive.
1.5. By downloading, installing or using Applications from https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Application User agree to this Privacy Policy.
1.6. If you don’t agree to Privacy Policy, we’d recommend you not to use Applications.
2. LOCATION SERVICES.
2.1 Some Applications make use of location-based data. We will collect information about Wi-Fi routers closest to you and the cell IDs of the towers closest to you. Developer uses this information to provide the requested location-based service. User will be asked for his permission each time a location-based service is requested. Developer will provide User content based on his location.
3. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION. Developer can collect the following information from Users:
3.1 Contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, screen name, photo(s), birthdate, gender.
3.2 Usage activity about how User interacts with Developer such as purchase history, what сontent User views, and which Applications User uses.
3.3 Information about User’s mobile device such as User’s mobile device id, device type, mobile service carrier.
3.4 Information about User’s computer such as IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.
4. USING OF INFORMATION. Developer can use this information to:

6. THE PRIVACY OF CHILDREN.
6.1 Our Applications are typically intended for general audiences. Developer doesn’t knowingly collect personal information of under-age without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. 7. SECURITY.
7.1 Developer takes commercially reasonable security measures to protect User’s information against unauthorized access or disclosure, except as law, court order, or other valid legal process requires such access or disclosure or we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. User will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of User personal information.
